What is the selection process like?

Homage Care Professionals enjoy helping seniors and adding meaning to their lives. Our Care Pros are nurses and trained caregivers who have experience in caregiving for seniors.

More importantly, they all possess the heart to want to help people, especially seniors.

All prospective candidates undergo a stringent, multi-step selection process before they qualify as Homage Care Professionals:

1. Candidates are invited to a face-to-face interview conducted by Homage where we testing their competency levels and aptitude
2. Successful candidates who pass the first round of interview go through further caregiver training. Those without a nursing background will undergo a process of certification
3. Reference checks
4. Criminal record checks
5. CPR/AED certification
6. Tuberculosis screening
7. Onboarding at the Homage Offices, conducted by our senior management, physiotherapist and Nurse Manager

This rigorous process ensures that Homage attracts talent and produces high quality Care Professionals to provide the best care to seniors.
