Issues with the Homage app may be caused by several reasons.
Please first try to troubleshoot by following these steps:
- Force close the app and re-open it
- Un-install and install the app on your phone
- Clear cookies or cache from this app
- Update to the latest version of the app
If you are unable to log in, please refer to the Care Advisory email (Subject: Homage Home Care Services) that was sent to your registered email address when your Homage account was created.
If you need help, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For assistance outside of office hours, please submit Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
