Change fees will apply if less than 7 days’ notice is given (for e.g. requesting a change in Care Professional, shortening visit durations etc.).
You will not be charged if you are extending the duration of previously scheduled visits and/or the Care Professional originally assigned is still able to commit to the changed care visit.
